Summary

The Business Sales Executive at Systems Limited will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role involves promoting the company’s products and services, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential business clients to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.
  • Develop and present tailored sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless process for the client.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance the sales process.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product development.
  • Assist in creating sales strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contract terms.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends to effectively position offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the local market and a good network of business contacts.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
